Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) seeks an experienced engineering lead to drive technical direction for Palantir Foundry initiatives. You will guide architecture decisions, establish standards, and promote best practices across project teams.

You will mentor engineers, oversee complex designs, and collaborate with product owners to align delivery with business goals, while ensuring secure and scalable Foundry-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Experience mentoring engineers and improving practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and leadership for Palantir Foundry projects.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns, coding standards, and documentation practices.
• Promote Foundry capabilities across teams and ensure secure, reliable deployments.
• Review designs and code to mitigate risks and improve maintainability.
• Mentor engineers and raise team capability through coaching and reviews.
• Plan cross-project work, dependencies, and technical debt with product owners and managers.
• Serve as escalation point for complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Communicate options, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
