Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years in a distribution center or similar environment.
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 60 lbs.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification required.
• Lean Six Sigma training or certification preferred.
• Experience leading teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound operations and instruct staff on how to perform work.
• Design and maintain organization of yard and trailer management.
• Ensure safe and compliant picking, sorting and loading procedures.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Lead and develop warehouse associates, promoting engagement and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with DC management to investigate and resolve shipping errors.
• Schedule team hours for peak periods and efficiency.
