You will design truck yard organization, mentor teammates, and collaborate with DC management to resolve shipping errors and optimize daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience within a distribution center or similar environment.
• Ability to comply with safety requirements and general DC safety protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be forklift and pallet jack certified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound operations ensuring efficient pulling, sorting, packing and loading.
• Design and maintain organization of truck yard operations with safety protocols.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Schedule team hours to cover peak periods and maintain morale.
• Investigate shipping errors and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company and supplier guidelines.
