Tech Mirrors in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an experienced OracleHRHelpDeskImplementation Specialist to lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment within OracleHCM Cloud.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on OracleHRHelpDesk implementation experience, strong knowledge across OracleHCM modules, and ability to collaborate with HR, shared services, technology, security, and reporting teams to deliver scalable employee service experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with OracleHCM Cloud and HR help desk implementations.
• Experience with HR shared services, case management, and knowledge management.
• Gathers requirements, designs solutions, config, test, and support.
• Broad OracleHCM module knowledge across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Learning.
• Experience with quarterly releases and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of OracleHRHelpDesk, including discovery, design, config, testing and deployment.
• Configure components: request types, service categories, workflows, queues, routing, knowledge, security.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Operations, Employee Relations, and stakeholders on service processes.
• Provide guidance on integration with Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Learning.
• Support fit-gap analysis, process redesign, and migration from legacy platforms.
• Collaborate on integrations, reporting, data migration, using OracleHCM tools.
• Prepare design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and support docs.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, release readiness, quarterly update impact.
• Advise on SLAs, milestones, case routing, and user adoption best practices.
• Partner with security/compliance to ensure RBAC and data privacy.
