Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM HR HelpDesk in federal environments.
• Ability to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and draft functional design documents.
• Experience configuring Oracle Core HCM and performing unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate client requirements; identify gaps between capabilities and needs; conduct CRPs.
• Develop test conditions and scenarios to ensure functionality.
• Create functional design documents to guide development.
• Design and configure Oracle Cloud HCM HR HelpDesk to meet requirements.
• Map legacy fields to Oracle HCM Cloud for conversion.
• Execute unit testing to validate configurations.
• Act as liaison between client and development team.
• Support development phase and triage defects.
• Provide training support for end users.
