Job summary

Campus4Tech is seeking an Associate Oracle HCM Consultant based in the United States to support the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and technical teams to optimize HR processes and ensure successful delivery of Oracle HCM projects.

Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM applications, and providing user support. Recent graduates with knowledge of HR processes are preferred.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
• Understanding of HR processes and Human Capital Management concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Gather and document business and HR requirements.
• Configure and test Oracle HCM applications.
• Support system integrations, data migration and reporting activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide user support.
