Job summary

Penske seeks a Manager of HCM Experience to optimize and chart the long-term vision for our Oracle HCM platform. This on-site role in Reading, PA sits at HR technology strategy, project execution, and associate experience, focusing on Oracle HCM Help Desk and future AI initiatives.

You will lead a team, drive cross-functional programs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact HR technology solutions aligned to enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM/PO experience within HCM or enterprise tech.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 10+ years of Oracle HCM or comparable HCM platforms.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Help Desk module and Tier 0/self-service strategies.
• Exposure to agentic AI applications in HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to build the technology roadmap for Oracle HCM.
• Lead delivery of Oracle HCM Help Desk Module and improve Tier 0 self-service.
• Champion AI initiatives within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
• Present new Oracle HCM features and align with business strategy.
• Gather cross-functional requirements and align to HRIS principles.
• Manage product backlog, configuration, and development to production.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and stakeholder sign-off.
• Guide stakeholders on best practices and Penske standards.
• Represent Penske in Oracle HCM user communities.
• Develop Statements of Work and manage vendor-delivered solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of HRIS Analysts.
• Set performance expectations and drive development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture.
