Job summary

Accenture Federal Services—Arlington, VA—seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM HR HelpDesk configurator to tailor the HR module for federal clients. You will gather requirements, map gaps, conduct CRPs, and translate findings into functional designs, then configure Core HCM and related components to meet client expectations.

You will execute unit tests, serve as the client–development liaison, and support user training. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM HR HelpDesk, federal government environments.
Hands-on system configuration, test execution, and defect triage.

Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate client requirements; identify gaps between current capabilities and needs.
Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) to demonstrate functionality and gather feedback.
Develop test conditions and scenarios to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Create functional design documents to guide development teams.
Design and configure Oracle Cloud HCM HR HelpDesk to meet requirements.
Assist with mapping legacy fields to Oracle HCM Cloud for conversion.
Execute unit testing to validate configurations and act as liaison between client and dev team.
Provide support during development and triage defects to timely resolutions.
Support training activities for end users and stakeholders; US Citizenship required.
