Job summary

Acelar, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM HR HelpDesk Consultant to design and configure the HelpDesk module for federal government clients.

You will gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and translate findings into actionable solutions, leading CRPs and validating configurations through targeted testing. Responsibilities include designing functional designs, mapping legacy fields to Oracle HCM Cloud, executing unit tests, and serving as the client-dev liaison to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM HR HelpDesk in federal government projects.
• Ability to gather requirements, map gaps, and translate them into designs.
• Hands-on config, testing, and defect triage.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate client requirements and gaps.
• Lead CRPs to validate functionality and collect feedback.
• Design, configure and test Oracle Cloud HCM HR HelpDesk modules.
• Create functional design documents for development.
• Coordinate mapping of legacy fields to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Support training and act as client liaison during delivery.
