Job summary

HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge is seeking an Operating Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge RN) to lead an interdisciplinary OR team, under the unit director, directing and coordinating all OR functions on assigned shifts.

You will oversee patient care, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. This role requires Colorado RN licensure, BLS, and OR experience, with a preferred BSN and prior charge nurse duties.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN preferred.
• Two years of acute care OR RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as resource person and liaison among team members, surgeons, and vendors.
• Oversee patient care in the OR and supervise staff; participate in evaluations, coaching, and scheduling.
• Ensure department compliance with state, federal, and healthcare regulations.
