Job summary
HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (RN) to direct and coordinate unit functions during designated shifts. The CNC welcomes collaboration with management and staff to assess and improve patient care quality.
The RN must hold Colorado license or a current multistate license, with BLS; ACLS preferred. BSN is desirable, and 2–4 years acute care plus 1–3 years supervisory experience are valued. We offer a comprehensive benefits package with opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse or current multistate license.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS preferred.
- BSN desirable; graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 2–4 years acute care/specialty nursing desirable; 1–3 years supervisory experience desirable.
Responsibilities
- Directs and coordinates all unit functions during designated shift.
- Acts as resource person for staff and supports nursing education.
- Ensures overall quality of nursing care provided on duty.
- Makes decisions based on Administrative/Nursing Standards and unit care standards.
