Job summary

HCA HealthONE is seeking an Operating Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge RN) in Colorado. You will lead the OR team, coordinate patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with surgeons, CNCs, and schedulers to prepare procedures.

You will supervise staff, participate in evaluations and coaching, and manage day-to-day operations across shifts. A Colorado RN license and active certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS) are required, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or active multi-state RN license.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross; ACLS and PALS required.
• BSN preferred; nursing degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all functions in the OR on designated shifts.
• Supervise staff, participate in evaluations, coaching, and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure department compliance with state, federal, and healthcare regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with CNCs to prepare surgeries and verify OR schedules.
