HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge in Colorado is seeking an experienced OR Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge RN) to join a high-performing interdisciplinary team. You will oversee directional leadership in the operating room, coordinating care and staffing on your assigned shifts.

You will work under the unit director, ensure regulatory compliance, support surgeons and staff, and streamline the OR schedule while maintaining patient safety and quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Active Colorado RN license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable.
• Two years acute care OR RN experience.
• Previous charge nurse or service coordinator experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all functions in the OR department during assigned shifts.
• Supervise OR staff, assist with evaluations, coaching and staffing decisions.
• Ensure department compliance with state, federal, and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare procedures and verify the OR schedule.
• Support call shifts and ensure smooth OR operations.

Ausbildung

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

BSN preferred
