Job summary

HCA HealthONE in Centennial, CO is seeking an OR Service Line Lead to oversee daily operating room operations and ensure compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards. You will coordinate interdisciplinary care and lead a team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with clinical staff, manage staff education, and monitor revenue integrity and capital budgets. BSN is preferred and at least 2 years in OR settings is recommended; expect on-call duties as

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate RN license.
• Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all healthcare disciplines to achieve successful execution of the patient’s plan-of-care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Meet the Nurse Practice Act, Title 22, The Joint Commission and the Plan for Provision of Nursing Care and the Plan for Provision of Care to Patients, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate staff education, outcome management, physician outreach, customer service, revenue integrity, and capital budgets.
• Take call as needed by the department and complete other duties as assigned.
