Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of clinical nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• RN license in the state; CPR, ACLS and applicable certifications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and decision‑making skills, especially under pressure.
• Ability to manage department budgets and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients of various ages.
• Supervise healthcare team members and ensure adherence to policies.
• Coordinate scheduling and operational activities within the unit.
• Respond quickly to the needs of surgeons, patients and staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and develop improvement strategies.
