Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Minimum 2+ years in a management role.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the sales floor.
• Take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure prescription accuracy.
• Maintain optical standards and provide product education.
• Collaborate with Store Leader on staffing and programs.
