Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store success by managing optical and lab processes. You will lead the team in customer selections, recommendations, and store operations while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong optical & retail experience, leadership, and the ability to train staff. A HS diploma is required, and familiarity with lab tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, assist sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In Lab (if applicable): Custom fits glasses & place prescription in lenses.
• Work with associates to strengthen knowledge, skill, & certification for lens and lab technology.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards & customer requirements.
• Create a safe working environment; demonstrate safe work practices.
• Responsible for basic operation, cleaning & maintenance of lab tools & systems.
