Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks an Operations Supervisor for the LBJ FWY site in USA. You will supervise inbound/outbound activities, plan labor and space, and ensure safe, cost-efficient operations in line with client KPIs.

You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, coach on performance, and coordinate with management to meet service goals. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift training/certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound/outbound, product slotting and customer communication daily.
• Plan labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment and manpower.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; handle performance issues and coaching.
• Ensure safety, quality, and KPI targets; uphold SOPs and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to meet productivity and cost goals.
