• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication daily.
• Plans labor scheduling, space utilization, and equipment/manpower.
• Hires, trains, evaluates performance, and conducts HR activities.
• Ensures safety, quality, and KPIs; complies with client terms and SOPs.
