DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the United States is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee inbound/outbound activities, product slotting, and client communications. You will supervise staff, manage labor scheduling, and ensure operations meet safety, quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting and client communications daily.
• Manage labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment and manpower.
• Hire and train staff; conduct performance appraisals and address issues.
• Ensure safety, quality and cost objectives; meet client KPIs and SOPs.
• Provide direction and support to Human Resources and participate in performance evaluations.
