Doyon Management Services is seeking a capable Superintendent to coordinate construction activities on government projects, ensuring on-time completion within budget and safety standards. The role requires leadership of field teams, adherence to USACE/NAVFAC requirements, and strong communication with the project manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of construction experience as a working Superintendent.
• Experience with USACE and/or NAVFAC projects.
• Valid driver’s license with clean/acceptable record.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Direct field personnel to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Maintain daily communication with project manager and adhere to policies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and address issues.
• Maintain as-built drawings and track RFIs and changes.
• Ensure safety practices and QA/QC requirements on site.
• Supervise turnover from NTP to final punch list and turnover.
• Travel to other project locations as needed.
