Job summary

Doyon Technical Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field activities on government and military projects. You will supervise trade workers, maintain safety, and ensure schedule adherence from NTP through turnover. Travel to project sites is required, with a focus on quality and cost control.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5 years as a working Superintendent, and proficiency with MS Office and Primavera. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of construction experience as a working Superintendent.
• Experience with USACE and/or NAVFAC.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Primavera scheduling software.
• 30-hour OSHA Safety Construction certification within last 5 years; First Aid CPR & AED in last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on the site.
• Direct field personnel to complete the project on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Maintain daily communication with the project manager.
• Develop and maintain the construction schedule and identify issues.
• Keep accurate as-built drawings and manage RFIs and change orders.
• Enforce safety practices and maintain organized job site.
