Job summary

Doyon Management Services (DMS) seeks a qualified Construction Superintendent to coordinate field activities on government and military projects. You will supervise trades, uphold safety, and deliver on schedule and budget while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities include managing RFIs and change orders, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with USACE/NAVFAC requirements. Travel to multiple project locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of construction experience as a working Superintendent
• Experience with USACE and/or NAVFAC projects
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Primavera scheduling tools
• Capable of performing minor scopes of work (carpentry, drywall, etc.)
• Skilled in project estimation
• 30-hour OSHA Safety Certification
• First Aid CPR & AED Training in last 2 years

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities
• Directs field personnel to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets
• Maintains daily communication with the project manager
• Develops and maintains construction schedules
• Keeps accurate as-built drawings
• Manages RFIs, change orders, and safety documentation
• Procures materials and coordinates inspections
• Familiar with USACE/NAVFAC requirements
• Promotes safety and maintains an organized job site
• Travel to other project locations as needed
