Job summary

Doyon Management Services (DMS) seeks a Construction Superintendent to coordinate site activities, supervise field personnel, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on government and military projects.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, USACE/NAVFAC project experience, 10 years of construction leadership, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Primavera. Travel to other project locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years as a working Superintendent on construction projects.
• Experience with USACE and/or NAVFAC projects.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Primavera.
• OSHA 30-hour safety certification (last 5 years).
• First Aid/CPR & AED training within last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site.
• Direct field personnel to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Maintain daily communication with project manager on policy compliance.
• Develop and maintain construction schedule and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and project records.
• Review subcontractor values and change orders; manage pricing.
• Ensure safety documentation is current and enforced on site.
