Job summary

Doyon Management Services (DMS) is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations on government construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence from NTP through turnover. You will supervise trades, coordinate with the project team, manage site office, and enforce USACE/NAVFAC requirements while traveling to project locations as needed.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5 years as a working Superintendent, and experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of construction experience as a working Superintendent.
• Experience with USACE and/or NAVFAC projects.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Primavera.
• Capable of minor scopes of work (carpentry, drywall, etc.).
• Skilled in project estimation; OSHA 30; CPR/AED in last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
• Directs field personnel to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Maintains daily communication with the project manager.
• Develops and maintains construction schedule; resolves issues.
• Keeps accurate as-built drawings; reviews Subcontractor VAL/IPAs.
• Updates safety documentation; procures materials for self‑perform.
• Enforces safety and quality standards; travels to projects as needed.
