Job summary

Doyon Management Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on government and military projects. You will coordinate all construction activities, supervise field personnel, and ensure work is performed on schedule and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years of superintendent experience, and familiarity with USACE/NAVFAC requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of construction experience as a working Superintendent.
• Experience with USACE and/or NAVFAC projects.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Direct field personnel to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Maintain daily communication with the project manager for policy compliance.
• Develop and maintain the construction schedule and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and timely RFI requests.
• Review subcontractors’ Values, Pay Applications, and change orders.
• Update safety documentation and procure materials for self-perform work.
• Oversee site safety, organize the job site, and ensure QA/QC.
