Job summary

Doyon Government Group in the United States seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on USACE or NAVFAC federal construction projects. You will lead construction crews, manage schedules and budgets, review plans and submittals, and ensure workmanship meets contract specifications and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional construction experience.
• Experience as Superintendent on USACE or NAVFAC federal projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract specs and federal requirements.
• Proficiency with project reporting software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations and supervise crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is on schedule, within budget, and to contract specs.
• Coordinate with QCMs and SSHOs to uphold quality and safety.
• Manage DFOW and verify subcontractor performance.
• Review plans, drawings, and submittals for field execution.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation.
• Report progress and risks to management.
