Job summary

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. The Team Lead, Technical Account Manager (TAM) will lead a team delivering excellent technical account management, guiding the seamless onboarding of new customers.

You will ensure your team’s success in building strong customer relationships, addressing technical issues related to observability, and maintaining data-driven operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a TAM or similar customer-success team.
• Strong depth in logging, monitoring and observability tools.
• Ability to guide onboarding and drive customer outcomes with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a TAM team to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer success.
• Provide technical guidance on logs, metrics, traces, and real-time analysis.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer technical challenges and tailor solutions.
• Analyze customer data to improve onboarding processes and observability outcomes.
