Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily line operations in Oxford, NC. You will manage the value stream, provide direction, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality in a GMP environment.

The role requires 5–7 years of production supervision, strong leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and improve performance. Onsite, full-time position with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prefer a 4-year BS or BA in engineering; 5-7 years of supervisory production experience.
• Experience in an FDA–GMP environment and strong leadership.
• Knowledge of production equipment, safety protocols, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to quality, waste reduction, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production for the assigned value stream.
• Supervise line activities, provide clear work direction, and manage schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement; mentor associates and ensure safety, quality and GMP compliance.
• Maintain accurate records, report metrics, and track progress against plans.
• Communicate with Operations leadership and coordinate with support functions.
