Job summary

Revlon Corporate in Oxford, NC is seeking a production supervisor to direct and organize material flow, coach staff, and ensure safe, compliant operations. The role requires a 4-year engineering degree and 5–7 years of supervision in a production environment, preferably cosmetics or pharmaceuticals, with strong GMP experience.

Shift hours are 11:00pm–7:30am. The base pay range is $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus comprehensive medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401k, and paid

Qualifications

• Experience supervising associates in a production environment, preferably drug and/or cosmetic.
• Extensive knowledge of production equipment, especially safe operating techniques, product capabilities and troubleshooting methods.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Experience in an FDA – GMP environment and strong compliance.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel and related software.

Responsibilities

• Safety: maintain a safe workplace and provide resources to address issues. Follow OSHA and Revlon guidelines.
• Development of People: staff lines effectively, cross-training, and maintain morale.
• Quality: ensure GMP and RPPS standards and proper records.
• Customer Service: meet domestic and international customer requirements and forecast needs.
• Financial: manage labor, material, and overhead to meet budgets.
