Job summary

Revlon is seeking an onsite Production Supervisor at our Oxford, NC facility to lead daily production and mentor staff. You will ensure safety, quality and GMP compliance while driving continuous improvement across the line.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 5–7 years of production supervision experience, preferably in cosmetics or related fields, with strong teamwork and communication skills. Shift is 11:00pm–7:30am; base pay around $95,000 per year with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering preferred; other degrees may apply with relevant experience.
• 5–7 years of supervision experience in production, preferably cosmetics/pharma.
• Knowledge of production equipment, safe operating techniques, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in FDA–GMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production for the assigned value stream.
• Mentor and train associates; provide direction and ensure safety and compliance.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, waste reduction, and efficiency.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and inventory levels maintained.
• Interact with QA and other functions to resolve issues and improve processes.
