Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Oxford, NC site. You will direct and organize production components to meet SPI targets, coach associates, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency in line with RPPS standards.

The role requires an engineering degree, 5–7 years of supervision, and hands-on GMP experience. This is an onsite role with a night shift (11:00pm–7:30am) and a competitive base pay of $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering; relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 5–7 years of manufacturing supervision experience.
• Experience with GMP/OSHA in a cosmetic/pharma setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize production components to meet SPI targets.
• Direct associates to produce quality products per RPPS.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Direct cost center toward meeting or exceeding budgets.
• Coach and train staff on quality, GMP, and housekeeping.
• Back up the Director as needed and maintain computer systems proficiency.
