Job summary

Revlon’s Oxford, NC site is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead production lines, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and coach a team of associates in a GMP-driven environment.

The role requires a 4-year engineering degree with 5–7 years of supervisory experience, budget and cross-functional collaboration responsibilities, and a strong focus on process improvement and training.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of production supervision experience.
• Extensive knowledge of production equipment and safe operating practices.
• Experience in FDA-GMP environments and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe workplace and OSHA/Revlon guidelines are followed.
• Develop and train associates; balance staffing with productivity.
• Maintain quality by complying with GMP and RPPS; maximize line uptime.
• Meet customer requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute production.
• Control costs and optimize labor and material usage within budgets.
