Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or BA in engineering; relevant experience may count.
• Proven track record supervising production staff in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of FDA-GMP environments and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Guide, mentor, train, and coach direct reports to be productive and quality contributors.
• Lead and monitor daily production for the assigned value stream.
• Interface with HR, Quality, WHSE, Planning, Payroll to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement, reduce waste, and optimize line performance.
