Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution in Oxford, NC is seeking a site production supervisor to lead daily operations at our Oxford, NC facility. You will direct associates to achieve production targets, uphold GMP and safety standards, and coach teams toward operational excellence. The role requires strong communication, a collaborative mindset, and hands-on leadership in a cosmetics manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• 4-year degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of production supervision experience.
• Experience in FDA–GMP environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficient with computer software including Excel and MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe workplace and compliance with OSHA and company policies; drive incident reduction.
• Develop and coach staff; manage cross-training and performance plans.
• Maintain quality by enforcing GMP standards and accurate documentation.
• Meet customer requirements and coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee cost center performance, labor efficiency, and waste reduction, aligned with budgets.
