Job summary

Revlon is seeking a production supervisor for the Oxford, NC site. This onsite, full-time role oversees daily production, ensures safety, quality and GMP compliance, and mentors a team of associates to meet schedules and targets.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year engineering degree (BS/BA preferred) and 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a production environment, preferably in cosmetics or drug-related manufacturing. Competitive base pay with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree preferred with 5–7 years supervision experience.
• Experience leading production lines in a pharm/cosmetic FDA/GMP setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production for assigned value stream and monitor line performance.
• Supervise line associates, provide direction, and ensure safety and GMP compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement, reduce waste, and manage schedules.
• Coordinate with HR, QA, WHSE, and planning to meet targets.
• Report metrics and communicate issues to Operations Manager.
