Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee the newborn hearing screen program across multiple sites in your region. You will directly deliver screenings, document results, and act as the on-site technical lead for screening quality and real-time workflow support.

You will manage staffing, training, reporting, and equipment compliance, including weekend scheduling and interaction with parents when appropriate. Strong leadership and clinical protocol adherence are essential.

• Computer proficiency and ability to perform accurate data entry.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screenings at multiple sites and ensure high-quality, protocol-aligned practices.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage and escalate staffing gaps as needed.
• Lead training for new hires and monitor KPI s with monthly reviews.
• Complete Orientation, Compliance modules and other required trainings.
• Maintain regular onsite visits and present reports to hospital leadership.
• Supervise daily state reporting and review sponsor reports per guidelines.
• Monitor equipment and ensure proper use of NATUS devices and prevent swaps.
