Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct newborn hearing screening at multiple sites.
• Maintain accountability to screen all eligible babies.
• Create schedules and manage staffing gaps.
• Supervise technicians and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Provide real-time technical guidance and ensure protocol compliance.
• Present reports to hospital leadership.
