Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the newborn hearing screening program across multiple sites within the region. You will directly deliver screening services, document results, and serve as the on-site technical lead to ensure high-quality practices.

You will coordinate staffing, training, reporting, and compliance while collaborating with hospital leadership to meet program goals and patient care standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer.
• Minimum two years of experience as a manager or combination of training and experience.
• Prior experience with newborns or in a healthcare setting preferred.
• 1–2 years managing multiple sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screenings at multiple sites to ensure all eligible babies are screened.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage and escalate staffing gaps as needed.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI performance during monthly staff meetings.
• Maintain regular on-site presence with hospital leadership and report on performance.
• Supervise daily state reporting and reconciliation of birth stats per state guidelines.
• Monitor equipment and ensure adherence to protocols and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
