Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the screening program across multiple sites in the region. This hands-on role emphasizes on-site leadership, patient-facing support, and operational oversight.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in healthcare and is able to manage weekend or holiday screening needs, while ensuring high-quality screening practices and timely follow-up scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current CPR certification or obtain upon offer.
• Minimum two years as a manager or equivalent training/experience.
• Prior experience with newborns or in a healthcare setting.
• Experience managing multiple sites is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of newborn hearing screening services and on-site technical lead.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage and oversee staffing.
• Supervise technicians and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI data in monthly staff meetings.
• Ensure compliance with PPE, vaccinations, orientations and safety protocols.
• Monitor state and hospital reporting and review Power BI site metrics.
