Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community on-site in Hoboken. You will oversee daily operations, leasing, and vendor coordination while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

You will manage budgets, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection while maintaining enforcement of all regulations. The role emphasizes leadership, customer focus, and community engagement to grow occupancy and value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in multifamily property management or similar
• 2+ years leading a team
• Experience managing leasing and resident relations

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination
• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams
• Collaborate with marketing to promote property and renew leases
• Manage budgets, expenses, and maximize revenue; ensure rent collection
• Serve as main contact for community, resolve concerns and welcome new residents
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements
• Submit accurate financial reports and manage payroll/commissions while staying compliant
• Engage with local apartment associations and monitor competitive landscape
