Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Multifamily Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of communities in the Hoboken area. You will coordinate operations with Asset/Regional managers, lead on-site teams, and ensure superior service and financial performance.

The role emphasizes budgeting, marketing, and process improvements to maximize occupancy and profitability across the portfolio. Regular travel to properties is required, with an on-site schedule and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site Multifamily Property Management experience.
• Yardi systems experience strongly preferred.
• On-Site Schedule: 9:30am - 6:00pm MON-FRI, plus on call for escalated emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple communities with Asset Manager and Regional Property Manager.
• Provide superior resident service to enhance satisfaction and renewals.
• Develop, mentor, and lead on-site teams including leasing, maintenance, and management staff.
• Drive marketing and revenue through competitive analysis and effective programs.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and maintain on-site staff.
