The role requires 4+ years in property management with 2+ years leading a team, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Entrata and MS Office. A focus on culture, occupancy, and revenue is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience and 2+ years of supervising two or more employees.
• Proficient with property management systems (Entrata) and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations: leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams; foster a positive culture.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote property and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure on-time rent collection.
• Serve as the main contact for the community, addressing concerns and welcoming residents.
• Conduct regular property inspections, oversee unit readiness and capital improvements.
