NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee on-site residential construction, coordinating field operations, safety, scheduling, and quality control from project inception to occupancy. You will prepare updates and maintain contract alignment while supervising subcontractors, vendors, and municipal interactions.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in construction or related field and at least five years of multifamily project experience, with strong knowledge of site work,

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction of multifamily projects.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes.

Responsabilidades

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality assurance procedures are followed.
• Coordinate deliveries and material staging to maintain a safe work environment.
• Report to project manager and act as adviser on job-related issues.
