Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee on-site residential construction projects from sequencing to completion. You will coordinate field operations, manage safety and quality control, and ensure work aligns with contract documents and schedules.

Under the Project Manager of Construction, you will prepare updates, supervise subcontractors, and communicate effectively with owners and authorities to meet milestones and occupancy dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing construction of multi-family projects.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Solve problems, prioritize and multi-task while maintaining communication and organizational skills.
• Implement quality assurance and control procedures to meet contract documents and specs.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure design and project commitments are met with professionalism and ethics.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, owners, vendors and municipal agencies as required.
