Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager to join our Innovative Pursuits Team in Tucson, AZ. You will lead MOT engineering teams for transportation projects, working with contractors to develop MOT schemes from pursuit through execution.

The role requires a PE license (preferred states include UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA) and 10+ years in MOT/traffic control design, plus 3+ years of DOT DB/PDB experience. Strong leadership and client communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires current PE license (preferred states: UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA).
• 10+ years of leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Integral member of the project delivery team.
• Lead MOT design development and reviews.
• Collaborate with contractor partners to develop MOT schemes during pursuits and project execution.
• Work with Microstation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
