Job summary

Turner Mining Group seeks a Senior Equipment Operator to lead daily production with a focus on safety and quality. You will operate mobile equipment, engage crews in hazard identification, and assist with training and audits to uphold safety standards.

You will collaborate with site leadership, support MSHA regulatory training, and be flexible with shifts to meet production and training needs at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining or heavy industry is preferred.
• Must be able to comply with OSHA/MSHA requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile equipment daily based on production needs.
• Lead crews and participate in hazard identification and control.
• Assist with training and proficiency audits.
• Support regulatory training and safety compliance (MSHA).
• Maintain housekeeping and equipment care standards.
• Communicate effectively with site leadership and clients.
• Be flexible with shift schedules to support training and production.
