Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support the operation of building systems for a major client. You will lead a shift, guide other technicians, and optimize preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and performance of conveyors, sortation, scanners, and SCADA devices.

You will diagnose and repair MHE systems, mentor teammates, and ensure a safe, compliant work environment while delivering expert support to the client’s operations team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Knowledge of NEC and industrial electronics.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems throughout the facility.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, and sensors.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repair and training of technicians.
• Build and close out work orders in a CMMS.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams to ensure reliability.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
