Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support building systems and operations for a client facility. You’ll lead a shift, mentor technicians, and drive preventive maintenance for conveyors, sortation, MHE, SCADA and control systems.

Responsibilities include maintaining and improving MHE/robotic systems, building CMMS work orders, and ensuring safety standards while coordinating with client and operations teams. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems throughout the facility.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components and sensors.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repair and training of technicians.
• Create and close out work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams to maintain operations and safety.
