Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support a large client facility. You will lead a shift, guide technicians, and optimize preventive maintenance of conveyors, sortation, scanners, cameras, and SCADA systems to maximize equipment reliability and performance.

You will troubleshoot MHE, mentor peers, build CMMS work orders, and ensure safety procedures are followed across the site. This role requires strong electrical, PLC, and maintenance skills with leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Experience with automated conveyors and controls (4+ years).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with MHE safety standards and NEC/electronic principles.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of PLC programs.

Responsibilities

• Repair and improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Lead training plans for Maintenance Technicians and process improvements.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Foster positive relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote safety in the workplace.
